KATRINA C. NAZARETH

Katrina graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition.

After a few years of working in the medical field, she enrolled at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific where she completed culinary and baking courses. Her baking experience comes from working at a local bakery/restaurant in Honolulu.

Katrina studied cake design at The Wilton School of Confectionery arts in Chicago, IL and at The Culinary Institute of America-Greystone, in Napa Valley, CA.
